Just witnessed a code 4 at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Now a code 3.

Otters continue to be cute.

  2. Perimeter breach of marine sanctuary with high probability of disturbing marine life. In this case, it was a small family of kayakers. Code 5 is “shoot to kill.”
